Good Company - Some Recent Changes

They had good systems and backing from senior managers, Opportunities for graduates to progress through the company

Cons

Management change and change in direction of the company caused some trouble, share price went down and there was a lot of action to change the goals, was a little hard to follow.

Pros

Vision (7 Pillars) has been published in trainings. Payment level for mid and upper management seems to be very well. Good opportunities for graduates in Australia.

Cons

Headcount reduction project hangs like a Damocles sword. Uncertainty about future as regional management is not able to provide a valid strategy. Salary and hiring freeze as well as STI cut for years result in lack of quality of service. Declared Visions and Values are messed up by the mid management. Very high grade of frustration on lower levels.
