MNC and nice parties. But emails and teams messages will keep coming for 24 hours.

Till 2010 the Indian subsiday Indian Explosives Ltd had more than 90% market share. After that the management changed and currently it has less than 5% market share. The turnover is approx Rs 250 crores. And that too since last 8 years the company is running in loss. People preffer polytics more than work here. Very much flat organization for becoming manager u need to work for more than 20 years. No promotion policy as it's a flat organization. 50% of the yearly bonus amount will be not paid as the company is in loss. The global CEO is Indian so he is keeping the Indian business unit alive once he is replaced the Indian business will be closed. Think before joining better not to join.
