Great culture and sense of teamwork, where colleagues are always willing to help each other. Management has no problem with flexible working hours and remote work.

Cons

Fast growth means there's always plenty of work to do.

Pros

Good culture and benefits. Plenty of team building despite being remote during the pandemic. Overall a collaborative environment, and people are friendly for the most part.

Cons

Marketing department is going through a lot of internal changes, especially with management. They tend to keep mediocre people who are friends with the higher-ups and quickly dismiss others for minor mistakes. People play politics and gossip, be careful what you say even on internal calls.
