Amazing, collaborative team culture built in Atlanta with an amazing manager who just left (sad loss).
Cons
Upper management made the environment so hostile and uncomfortable to work in.. There was also no promotion path. We would be told we need to gain more experience in all aspects of the company but aren’t given the chance to. Also there were unfair standards set for some of my colleagues in extremely tough markets!
The pros of this job are minimal. Heading into my experience at origami they promised all Bdrs hit their numbers. In my tenure there that was not true at all. Only positive I had was working with my BDR colleagues
Cons
Upper management. Director of Bus Dev only is concerned about numbers and not the good of the reps. BDRs were once called “overhead costs” in a meeting by a higher up. Minimal opportunities for career growth as well.
