The employees are very collaborative and always willing to talk to one another to solve problems and help one another out. There are some good folks here!

Cons

The company has grown a lot and still has some process issues that need to be resolved.

The peers on my team were nice. Pretty good work life balance too.

Cons

Middle management (at least my manager) did not believe in advocating for development of their team members. My manager was also pretty condescending. Compensation could be a lot better for folks outside of sales and engineering.
