Very supportive management through COVID (and before). Excellent working environment. High expectations, but we're provided with the tools we need to make it happen.

Fun environment, fun people! Colleagues are empowered to do what they need to solve client issues.

Cons

Not necessarily a con but 1) there is no clear career path, if that's something you're looking for. And 2) you have to be ready/prepared to handle a high growth environment

This is a group of people who are highly committed to delivering value, both to clients and employees. Every. Single. Person. is eager to help answer questions and make you feel welcome. Expect to work hard and enjoy doing it.

Cons

The commute is not great but (a) this is Atlanta so what do you expect and (b) they are flexible about commute times to avoid the worst of it as long as you are meeting client needs.
