      Pros

      Great family like culture. Once I started, I felt welcomed into a big family. People reach out to help you get started, answer questions, and ease the 'first day of school' fears. Great vacation/benefit policy, great 401k.

      Cons

      Ergh - when I come across a con, I will update this post. Honestly, I worked for a competitor of Origami Risk for 10 years, I wish I hadn't wasted so many years there.

      Pros

      Hands on CEO and Board of Directors - They know the names and backgrounds of each employee - They are coding the system/talking to clients/in tune with code and client needs/and selling the tools - They are focussed first employees and making sure we have what we need to do our jobs well Great Product - It's easy to have pride in the work when you can see the value it can bring to any industry

      The culture it strong - You will either love it or find it's not for you

      Excellent culture / environment. It's great to work with motivating and professional staff.

      Cons

      Only minor issue I see so far is room for improvement on communication, i.e. what other teams are currently working on or what projects are coming up.
