Pros

Culture is great, pay is competitive and you have a lot of flexibility with your job

Cons

There has been some growing pains with moving to a larger organization like having roles change and responsibilities change, internal transfers are more difficult, etc.

Pros

Well I need access to glassdoor, so finally time to say some good things about Origami! I thoroughly enjoyed my time here. My specific team as well as upper management and the CEO were always very genuine and great people to surround yourself with. The organization was on a continuous upward trend in growth but didn't stop them from keeping it's values. Wish them all the best. When I left it was during COVID, and I couldn't clear out my own desk. They even shipped me an entire drawer I had of hoarded snacks without saying anything about it.

Cons

Sometimes people would bring in FireCakes, and if you weren't quick enough or were on a call, you would just have to sit there as everyone around you enjoyed a donut while they pointed at you laughing and saying your shirt was too tight. Other than that the place is all around great!

Pros

Collaborative environment. People jump in to help. Leadership has big ambitions.

Cons

They talk about culture, yet it's more cultish. Long-time employees are rewarded and put first, always. Leadership makes snap decisions about people and without conversion, terminates those who don't do it the old way. They talk about change, yet they undermine new hires to stay the same as they were years ago, especially in product.
