The colleagues here are great and really helpful. Quota is very attainable.

Cons

They do not promote the BDR team so you are stuck in that role and have to go become a BDR elsewhere.

Good culture and community. A great place to learn more and get your foot in the door. Has both a small company start up feel, while also feeling like an established company.

Cons

Is starting to expand, especially in last few years. The company is going through lots of changes that can make it feel disorganized. Overall some growing pains, but nothing that is not spoken about honestly and thoughtfully.
