Amazing, collaborative team culture built in Atlanta with an amazing manager who just left (sad loss).

Cons

Upper management made the environment so hostile and uncomfortable to work in.. There was also no promotion path. We would be told we need to gain more experience in all aspects of the company but aren’t given the chance to. Also there were unfair standards set for some of my colleagues in extremely tough markets!

Origami Risk has a great company culture. Everyone is very helpful and the company has flexible PTO and work from home policies. It is a growing company with lots of opportunity.

Cons

I do not like the direction that some departments in the company are headed. It feels like some projects are understaffed and they are pushing the people that work at the company harder than in previous years.
