      Pros

      Origence is a company on a mission. To be successful, understand the mission, learn how you contribute, and get ready for a rocket ride. The company treats its employees well and has one of the best HR teams in the industry. Because this is essentially a tech company, changes and pivots are to be expected. Staff members that lean into this mindset can be expected to do well.

      Lots of last-minute changes and pivots.

      This is what I’d expect. 3 rounds. Going from hiring manager to team to leadership panel. Primarily, behavioral questions and background experience.
