Pros

Great collaborative culture. Emphasis on learning and growing skills. Open and diverse work culture. Great benefits. There’s the sense from everyone in the organization that we’re all doing the work together and for a common purpose.

Cons

Need better visions for long term goals. There’s a lot of just in time delivery of solutions and not enough analysis or discovery prior to building. The org is work hard in this respect and we’re just not there yet.
