Pros

Minimum wage plus tips from the day. That averaged to about $20-$21 an hour after taxes. Start early and finish early.

Cons

very stressful work environment and the current owner is a piece of work. He fired the general manager of the restaurant after refusing to give his promised bonus. Then he fired any employee that didn't look like they loved to eat, sleep, and breathe the pancake house. The manager and owner have exact one brain cell to share between the two of them and it's mostly the manager using it.

They take care of the people that work hard for them. The longer you're there, the better off you'll be, too, due to incentives and bonus structure.
