      some people were nice but quit

      Cons

      no breaks, manipulative manager, best friends of manager get all opportunities, unsanitary, cut everybody hours for bonuses until they all quit

      Some of the pros for this job is the tips. You get a certain percentage of tips in your paycheck each week, and it makes a difference if you are actually scheduled.

      Cons

      The cons for this job include: You are non stop bussing tables. If you don't like bussing tables, this job isn't for you because that is the primary task that you will do. Not to mention that the restaurant is poorly air conditioned and on top of that, the fireplaces are constantly in use. I needed to take breaks in order to catch my breath and cool down. In Hein sight, the bussing wasn't horrible but the managers made it much worse.
