Pros
I made great money, and had plenty of hours. Most of my co-workers were great.
Cons
The owner was very rude and did not know how to manage. I honestly don't know how he came to own the business. He doesn't care nearly that much about his employees and has a VERY short temper. Doesn't take the time to hear what you have to say, and really doesn't seem to understand everything that goes on/ even what my job entails. I was a server-not that hard to understand how it works- but he doesn't seem to comprehend some things.
