Hard work, no communication, women treated differently, huge turnover, quality is poor. Tip -out is very high!

Cons

Very physical hard work, that is sometimes overwhelming, when you are understaffed plan on being on your own.

Flexible hour, you can work full time or part time. Only open until 3pm so you have the rest of the day to yourself. Tips are good if you're a server. Most people get along like family.

Cons

You have to work early weekend mornings while everyone sleeps in. Sometimes there's lack in communication or even too much gossip.
