Pros

The owners are wonderful! Some of the kindest people I know. The coworkers are also very nice and fun. It has a family feel.

Cons

The days are long. Shifts can start at 7AM and go till 3PM. It's prettying tiring especially on busy summer weekend. I wish the pay was a little more.

Pros

The tips are good and hours are good plus you get a free item from the menu for lunch break that's really it.

Cons

Boss and coworkers are horrible. Everyone is miserable and it's very stressful. They chew you up and spit you out. Newcomers are treated like dirt. Fast paced and super busy at night when you're the only waitress working.
