Good money in little hours. Flexible schedule.

Cons

Unfair management. (favortism) Some employees are very rude to one another. No raises or benefits for servers. No benefits for managers. No paid vacation for servers.

Great chemistry between workers, owners (Jane and Mike) are super friendly and seem to work harder than everyone else. Food is incredible, as is the atmosphere, definitely a place to feel proud about.

Cons

As with all successful restaurants, because it's so busy, things can get really stressful.
