- Low wage. - Old techs, laptop. - You have been assigned to a project by Orion company which has been chosen from a large pool of companies. Every project has a unique work environment, so it's important to be careful. Unfortunately, the work environment for this project is not great. Our project company doesn't trust us and has restricted access to many of the databases and codebases, which is very frustrating. Additionally, we are using outdated technology and versions. However, the employers are great. - There is no gender equality; when it's time to join the Turkish military service, the company forces you to resign. No one knows the reason.
