      Only best part is salary is on time

      Very bad work culture, you will always spend most of your time for unproductive activities . Some mangers are really sick, if you are targeted then your life will be in hell

      Pros

        I have been working with Orion for more than three years . I had heard a lot of bad things about the company before I joined. I had no other options that time and I decided to take a risk. However, the risk turned out to be a blessing. This is not a company for people who want to work 9-5. Sometimes life is tough, but not always. On the other hand, if you are technology savvy and have the passion, Orion is a good choice. I had the luck of working with a CMMI level 5 company before joining Orion. My life was not any different from what I'm experiencing now. The only difference is, I learned new and advanced technologies more here than my previous organization which I’m sure will be helpful for me for my career growth. Orion has some good teams who are always helpful. A big group of technology enthusiasts.

      Every company will have some cons and Orion too has. But pros are more than cons.
