Pros
Having one (KPMG) good customers and majority of income comes from them. ( even though the Orion dose their crap work, which others said No due to various reasons) It is at Kochi and Mumbi. so, local candidates can easily locate it rather than locating other tier 1 citi
Cons
1. There is nothing called professionalism and never heard about something called work-life balance. It runs like a typical Pop & Mom shop with friends and relatives in key positions 2. Management at offshore -- Hopeless in system as no voice about anything. Bulling offshore managers decides everything, ( latterly every day to day micro management) 3. Eight Hrs of mandatory IN time. that means the time to access the rest room is deducted from that 8 Hrs and the Sr.VP sitting at US is daily monitoring thru Data wherehosing reports on the access card data on daily bases. 4. Offshore managers motivated from this leader also threaten the staff on these aspect as a bounded labor. Effectively. 5. They have also paid to some agencies to have some good review written in Glass door and other social sites. I don't think any single employee who worked with them will write a good sentence about them as it was all bad some time back
