I’ve been working at Orion Innovation and it’s been a really positive experience. The company has a friendly and collaborative work culture. There’s a good balance between challenging projects and supportive teamwork, which makes the work both interesting and rewarding. I’ve had plenty of opportunities to learn, grow, and take on new responsibilities. Overall, Orion Innovation is a great place to build your career while working with some really talented and supportive people.

Cons

Like any fast paced software company, there can be periods where the workload gets intense, and maintaining work-life balance can be a bit challenging at times depending on the project deadlines. But it’s manageable most of the time. Compensation is fair, but there’s always room for improvement, especially when compared to some competitors in the industry.
