No respect for employees. Extreme micromanagement. Employees are divided into small bunches and speak their own language- hard for someone who only speaks English. Mr boss and his watchdogs track all of your activities including who do you hang out with during lunch. If you hang out with someone they don't like, you'll fall out of favor as well. I don't wish this company even for the worst of my enemies.

Unfair compensation Upper Management is blind to the company's needs They take advantage of H1B visa holders and don't like to hire US citizens because they'll have to pay higher salaries. This is a company with no values. They play favorites and your performance is irrelevant.
