Pros

Nice location which is very near to Garden State Parkway. Bagels and juice on friday. Free Coffee.

Cons

Beware of any review above 2 stars for this company as they are misleading and biased. Unhealthy work culture. Heavy favoritism. Hard working employees are exploited to the core and paid ultra low. Sr.VP and few other Sr.Managers are often seen insulting and humiliating their subordinates.Lowest pay as per market standards.

Stable pay, friendly co-workers and nothing else.

Cons

No scope for growth. Less pay. Zero Bonus. The culture here encourages you to work at mediocre level. Pretty smart people who are working their a** off and aren't rewarded in the slightest.
