Pros

Flexible Hours. I get to work with and meet great people and customers. I get to help people with great products and services.

Cons

I found that I could not earn a living. I would be in the top 5 sales people in the region and yet in 7 months I earned $6k. There are Orkin sales people making tons of great money. I clearly am not one of them. Constant praise from the managers and leaders and yet I can't support my family. I'm quite frustrated.
