Pros
For those who love big companies this is an excellent opportunity. Follow instruction, be a good producer and you will be OK. A decent amount of freedom of movement and pay is not bad. Training is a big part of their culture.
Cons
They manage by spreadsheet (or at least the managers I worked with). You are a number and they didn't particularly care for your input. Some managers will micromanage and TRY to control every aspect of your day (this never works). There are branches that get managed differently.
