Pros
It’s a decent job and can be good if you put your effort into it.
Cons
It’s a very disorganized company. They will rather bring in an unexperienced person into a manager position instead of promoting a current experienced employee. There’s also a very stupid shaving ruled that doesn’t allow you to have a beard and must be clean shaven at all times, this is very inconsiderate of a company to tell their employees what to do with their facial hair as it is a personal choice not for a company to tell you to shave.
