This branch used to be a great team environment. It has become a very impersonal place to work. They press on showing the value of our work, yet fail to Express the value of employee morale. Everyone in the branch is treated as replaceable. When employees are leaving to lower paying jobs, it shows the employees are looking for value.

Working there with very hard it was a poor working environment to be in and the management did not care!

Cons

You will not get trained properly. You will be sent out to work all day long and never know when you’re getting off.
