      Pros

      Technical support has improved over the years.

      Cons

      They change things and implement change without training. I asked a question and got wrote up for it. They set unattainable goals for their employees especially administrative positions. The call center (sales center) works against the field employees.

      Pros

      Excellent training, great base pay with monthly bonus opportunity. Commercial business retention 98% with many add-on opportunities, due to their vast array of services and products.

      Cons

      It would be nice to be able to tape into some of the 98% retention, by allowing some reoccurring revenue.
