Pros

Production and commission percentage are nice once you make your required $12,500-$12,750 a month for your route.

Cons

I personally had no such training being a commercial tech. I took over one of the REGIONS biggest accounts at the time and had only a couple weeks worth of shadowing for that account alone. And I had to complete 100 other accounts throughout the month. (Which I never once got the chance to visit while “training”).

Cons

Very poor leadership and organization. Expectation of very long hours. Micromanagement. Leadership does not respect your time even though this position is 90% commission based.
