      Pros

      Make your own schedule Potential for extra income No hassle from management for long periods of time Genuinely feel good about helping people Amazing coworkers with great personalities that made it hard to resign

      Cons

      Just consider all the uncomfortable situations you will be in. Heights, tight spaces, utility rooms, dirty homes, and of course, dead bodies and bugs. Sometimes big problems require evening/weekend/night service with short notice. Do not consider if you have a family. On top of that you have to manage/schedule almost all aspect of business. Motivation, compensation, and free time, are always in a crazy flux. Feels like you always have work on your mind.
