      Training is superior as as the working conditions. They offer one longevity!

      Cons

      One needs to be patient to get any promotions or much of a Salary increase.

      Pros

      Excellent training. Once you pass initial personality exam to see if you are a good fit for the company, you then get hired and then sent to their headquarters in Atlanta for school. Commission structure is pretty good.

      Cons

      It is hard to make highest percentage commission rate because not all of the work that you sell gets completed by the end of the month. They only pay on completed jobs. Very demanding on the body.
