      I am a new hire to Orkin. The training is very extensive.If you dont make it in this business you cant say it was because you wern't properly trained.

      Independance, motivates you to do more with your life or youll be stuck at a crappy job like this forever

      Cons

      Stupid tedious requirements that get in the way of efficiency, service quality. Little to no support from office and management. Any time you bring up an issue they try to guilt trip manipulate and scare you. The biggest issue is the inhumane amount of hours you have to work and that most of the work you so is unpaid.
