      Pros

      Great benefits, decent pay. Work/life balance can be hit or miss depending on branch location. I love my job, even with the high stress. Customers and co-workers are friendly.

      Cons

      Extreme micro-managing. They say they are a family and care about their employees but their actions don't line up. Branch level employees are friendly and seem to care. Region level, cut throat, stay away. Corporate level, out of touch. Do not get sick and have to take medi cal leave.

      Top-notch training and support from technical departments.

      Cons

      Your entire career is predicated on the regional manager's liking you or not. It is set up as a small kingdom, and that person is your King. If they don't like you, it is best to just quit and go somewhere else.
