      Pros

      Never a dull moment in the office. There is always something to do taking customer calls. Printing service tickets for techs, posting route tickets and putting out fires all day. Very active office.

      Cons

      Management does not support the office team. No overtime but you must work Saturday. With just two girls in the office that's every other week. and it can't be overtime you must take a half day during the week so that you can work that Saturday. Makes no sense since the phone never rings. It's just a waste of time to just sit there for 4 hours.

      Pros

      Orkin has some of the best training for people just coming into the industry. Sales or Service side.

      Cons

      Management has got to be one of my biggest let downs with the company. They seem to always be very inexperienced. With that comes a quick in and out for most of them. Don't think I have ever had a branch manager for longer than 2 years and most only last a year or so. In my 10 years ...that's ALOT of people changing the way things are done ...they alway do.
