Business Outlook
Pros
Orkin pays well and having a company vehicle saves a lot of money. The vehicle goes home with you every day as well. I love being able to make my own schedule. Don't usually have to work holidays or most weekends. Orkin provides all the training and even pays for the licensing.
Cons
Starting pay isn't that great, but increases significantly once you are licensed. You must be willing to put in a lot of hours to get everything done. It can be stressful at times, due to customers. You are on call about one weekend a month and be willing to respond at any time. The company keeps adding more and more things to our plates.
