      Pros

      Pay is decent if you put the work in. If you're good, you often get the recognition for the work.

      Cons

      My managerial teams have lost touch with the reality that technicians have to face every day. They don't know the regulations for certain areas Especially forestry services roadways Some members of the team make themselves scarce, so that they don't get shouted at. Other members just plan their exits quietly and leave the company.

      Pros

      Managers have always helped me since the beginning and prepare me to build myself up as a technician. There's a sense of adventure and joy of helping others in the job. Lots of opportunities to make additional income.

      Cons

      Can be a hassle juggling priorities and demands high organizations skills which I'm working on. But can risk not being happy in the job without organizing. Takes a lot of initiative to further your career, but that's for most jobs I suppose.
