Great incentives and bonus, good branch's are family oriented with long term employees, advancement in the company is there, training is over the top, paid holidays and vacation, like owning your own business if you have a route.

Cons

The company makes a lot of money and you get the scraps.

Great training for route managers, sales & branch management!! They teach you everything you need to know to do PC work. Great trade to learn and great training facility in Atlanta top notch.

Cons

South East region has the worst Regional & Assistant regional managers (commercial) I have ever worked for, their motto " The beatings will stop when the morale goes up!" The Regional manager demands respect but has NEVER did anything to earn it – it’s just owed to him because of his position – and he’ll tell you that too. The Assistant Regional manager ALWAYS has a hidden agenda!
