At its best, it's fulfilling, the wages vary tremendously according to the job, and can be very rewarding depending on the circumstances.
Cons
The wages depend heavily on the job. It's a corporate company, and they're very sales minded as a company. The customers suffer as a whole from the overly pushy experience of the way the company presents itself. It makes being the middle man, or a tech, really unreasonably difficult sometimes. I faced a lot of corporate jargon, nonsense, and often felt like management wasn't on my side as an employee.
