Helping customers with pest problems and making sure they are satisfied with results and working with most employees at branch level

Cons

Region management is unethical-rewards illegal activity as long as branch numbers are good and has no true leadership capabilities, company blames good employees for things out of their control--i.e. loss of customers due to poor economy, Charges new customers less than long-term customers due to yearly price increases. There is very little support from upper management when it comes to keeping customers during poor economy.

Pros

The didactic training was very good. You are able to work at your own pace and be self sufficient.

Cons

This was a very dysfunctional corporation that over promised and under delivered on service. The technicians and sales people were always competing for the same accounts and there was very little cooperation between divisions or branches in the same locale. The money was poor and they basically had you paying for your own gas to fuel your own car. The management treated each branch as their own feudal kingdom and was only concerned with their own bonuses.
