      Absolutely nothing at all, This place is utterly horrible.

      Cons

      They micromanage everything you do, And work you into the ground. God forbid you call out management is very abusive and makes you feel bad about missing jobs. There’s no work life balance. I can go on and on.

      Pros

      Amazing training that can be used throughout your career. Highly recommend getting your Pest Control Applicator license for your state since Orkin will usually pay for this.

      Cons

      High turnover rate, even at the management level. The company is aging and so are the senior management.
