      Pros

      Pay was fair for the job. Region management cared to develop people via the leadership development program. This helped to care for the people you lead before the numbers! SOCAL 759 is the place to be!! Team atmosphere and culture I experienced was top notch. Only reason I left and it was a tough decision was a surprise offer came my way in a new industry for a lot more money. Even though the money was greater I still had to think it over because the environment was so good.

      Cons

      For the technicians summer can be a make or break in the industry. You may see long hours in season but a solid staffing posture helps that and the help of your team. As far as the service manager job I have no cons. Loved my time and the people i met.

      Pros

      There is an hourly base pay which is nice. With the base pay plus the commission you can earn if you put in a good amount of hustle, you can bring in pretty decent pay checks. All inbound calls.

      Cons

      It is a call center job. So, you get to sit and take inbound calls all day, but there's not much flexibility with your schedule and your time on shift. You are expected to be a bit of a robot in terms of going from one call to the next and you will get micromanaged if you try to take a few minutes to yourself between calls.
