Local Manager was amazing, very friendly and wanted to help

Cons

Regional to Corporate Management only cares about money and does not care about you at all. You are number at Orkin and you will be expected to work impossible hours, drive in circles while not being paid to drive and do things that the call center promises without being told of it.

Pros

You will learn how to run a route effectively. You will get proper learning modules and classes that help you in the industry and help you keep up with your hours without having to take days off work. Great benefits!

Cons

Raises don’t happen. Long work days. The technician has to collect the company’s bad debt after running a route all day. This occurs once maybe twice a week. You work two Saturday’s a month which leaves you with only one day off.
