      Variety of departments to pick from Can transfer departments after 6 months Decent Health Benefits Flexible Scheduling

      Cons

      Nursing Managers are typically just nurses that have been in the position for a while. They aren't necessarily good at managing people. A lot of the ANMs/NOMs are out of touch with what it's like to be a floor nurse/CNA and put a lot of pressure on staff to do way too much during their shift. Understaffing is an issue on most units.

      They have changed policies were they have taken away money from the employees. Almost 50% off shift deferencials, cap the PTO's, making it impossible to request when needed, request PTO'S with 3 months in advance (forget it if not less), at many times short staffed, use "push back" to do away in paying time waiting for them to call later in the day to come in, some management use "write ups" at their convenience with double standards, ECT.
