Pros
Great training program, wonderful healthcare benefits through the hospital, especially prenatal care. Food options at the hospitals are pretty good. You have a good mix of really good hearted workers who truly care for the patients and then an equal amount of employees who could care less, so be wise to who you befriend.
Cons
Very poorly run, very little chance for you to move up in the company unless you know someone. The compensation is absolutely pathetic for all the work you are doing. Unless you have been with the company a year you can count on only getting 6 weeks no pay leave for maternity, if you are lucky that is. And forget about any short term disability they fight you tooth and nail for maternity leave. I would never go back to the company because of the way they treated me when I went out for maternity leave, plus the pay wouldn't cover the cost of day care.
