Medical Staff Services - a dept. with immoral leadership that lacks integrity and honesty. The leaders pride themselves in unethical behaviors and an exclusionary atmosphere. A micromanaged environment with a self absorbed micro aggressive leader who has zero respect for ones ability to do their job.

Low pay - often times pay is below the national average and lower than local competitors for the same position even with multiple certifications. Loyalty is not rewarded as many leave org and come back for higher pay. No clear pathway to promotion
