      Pros

      Felt that management appropriately assigned projects. There is room to move up in the company.

      Cons

      Company is nepotistic. I applied to over 30 positions, never heard back. Had a former co-worker refer me and was hired the same week.

      Pros

      Having the largest hospital in Orlando on my resume has not hurt at all.

      Cons

      Incompetent and arrogant senior management. Employee morale is very low because of lack of advancement opportunity. Orlando Health INSISTS on not promoting from within to senior management level, regardless of your dedication or qualifications.
