Pros

Were I work in the behavioral department our manager has created a space where people can be culturally seen. And it’s very diverse something in healthcare you don’t see too often. It’s a place I’ve seen many leave but also return to work. It’s truly unmatched.

Cons

Like any hospital staffing. Also once Orlando health split from the behavioral hospital the treatment of staff and patients at south sem has been horrible.
