      Pros

      The best hours you can ask for as long as you are there by 9 am you are not consider late. You can pretty much pick your own schedule. The pay was decent.

      Cons

      Micro Managing at it's worse Poor Moral You don't get Holiday pay you have to use your PTO with what little you receive for your Vacation/Sick/and Holiday pay try to avoid A/P. Even when they attempt to lift moral it comes across as disingenuous.

      Descent place to work if you know how to be part of a highly politicize work environment.

      Cons

      Toxic culture in a non collaborative environment. Every man for it self. Management is not very supportive. Lacking training opportunity with low moral.
