Pros
Fair wages, Stable work, a lot of activities at work, good training, reputation of hospital, they keep you informed on changes
Cons
They tend to cross train a lot so the one person is doing the jobs of several people at one time. They tend to cross train employees to higher paying jobs for which they never went to school for but pay them there original wages and expect them to perform as well as the ones who did go to school for those jobs. When you put out warning flags that the ship is sinking, we cant keep up please give us more support it is ignored until the ship does actually sink, then they scramble for a solution.
